We visited Times Square and caught a Broadway show. The staff were super friendly, especially the breakfast crew. The location is perfect for tourists, and the breakfast options were really good. Highly recommend it for a fun group getaway.
One of the front desk staff could not find our reservation initially, which was frustrating. But another worker sorted it out quickly, so it didn’t ruin our trip.

Had a great time with friends! We explored Central Park and caught a show at Broadway. The staff were friendly and the location couldn’t be better for sightseeing. Don't miss out on the complimentary breakfast. it’s a great way to start the day!
One downside was the room size. it felt pretty cramped for our group with not enough space for bags.

Location truly shines here. Right by Hell's Kitchen, Times Square, and the theatre district. Easy access to public transit too, which made exploring a breeze. The breakfast spread was tasty. plenty of options like fresh fruit, waffle maker, and hot items like scrambled eggs and sausage. Staff in the breakfast area were incredibly friendly and welcoming. However, the shower fixtures felt outdated and could use an upgrade. It didn't ruin my stay, but it was noticeable. Additionally, I experienced a few long waits for the elevators. Some noise from the street did seep into the room, making it a bit disruptive at times. Staff at the front desk were generally helpful but had issues locating my reservation at first, which caused a bit of frustration. Once sorted, everything flowed smoothly after that. All in all, the positives definitely outweighed the negatives, with the location and breakfast standing out most.

Prime location near Times Square, rooftop bar with city views, strong internet connectivity
Elevator wait times were absurdly long, the cramped room size left little space for our belongings!!! Addressing these issues would greatly enhance the experience!!!

The central location is ideal for exploring the city. The gym has quality equipment with a dual cable machine and 45lbs dumbbells.
Breakfast options could be more varied considering the high expectations.

Great location with decent amenities
I had a solid experience during my two-night stay. The room was clean and spacious, and the staff was very attentive, especially during breakfast hours when the options were diverse and tasty. I loved the grab-and-go breakfast option, which was a lifesaver for a busy morning. However, parking was incredibly expensive, which is something to consider if you're driving in.

We explored the incredible views at the Top of the Rock and took a stroll through Central Park, which were highlights. The location is super convenient, and despite a busy breakfast scene, the staff was friendly, making it a pleasant start to our mornings.

missingWrote a review on Jul 31good locationsolid breakfastslow elevator
We were super close to Times Square and caught a Broadway show and checked out Central Park. The breakfast was solid but can get crowded. Just a heads-up, the elevator situation can get a bit slow during busy times.
The only downside was the elevator wait. Sometimes it took forever to get one, so we had to plan ahead to avoid delays.
